The dress is trimmed with lace: lace cuffs finish the long sleeves, and lace trim accents the ruffles, bows, and neckline. The decoration combines patterned fabric and lace. Contrasting piping separates the chest panel from the main body of the dress. Two decorative bows are attached at the top of the dress, along with a brooch at the neckline. The long, full skirt falls freely from the seam at the waist, and the flared hem widens toward the bottom.

Ruffles and lace trim accent the dress decoration and support its volume. The costume is intended for masquerade and theatrical performances. It can be worn in a carnival parade, to a costume party, for a stage routine, or for a themed photo shoot. This outfit is also suitable for Halloween.
