Shipping Policy

At HOMELEX, we are committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently. Available shipping methods, costs, and destinations depend on the products in your cart and your delivery address. The rates shown at checkout are always the ones that apply to your order.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation. Dispatch time is not the same as delivery time.

United States

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders of $100 or more: applies when your order subtotal is $100 or more after discounts (before tax), including carts that mix items stocked in our US warehouse with items shipped from overseas.
  • Standard Shipping under $100: $9.99 for items stocked in our US warehouse, $23.99 for items shipped from overseas.
  • Express Shipping: $14.99 for items stocked in our US warehouse, $29.99 for items shipped from overseas. On orders of $100 or more, Express is $13.99, or free if every item ships from our US warehouse.
  • Estimated delivery is 5-15 days for items stocked in our US warehouse, and 7-20 business days for items shipped from overseas.

International

  • Shipping is calculated at checkout and varies by destination. Items shipped from overseas become free above a regional order total, which is shown at checkout; items stocked in our US warehouse ship internationally at a flat $39.99 with no free-shipping threshold.
  • Delivery times vary by destination, customs processing, carrier handling, and other local conditions.

Mixed Carts

If your cart contains both items stocked in our US warehouse and items shipped from overseas, the rates for each are added together at checkout — for example, $33.98 for Standard Shipping on a US order under $100. The $100 free-shipping threshold is based on your whole order, so a mixed cart of $100 or more still gets free Standard Shipping, or Express for $13.99.

  • Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order.
  • Processing and delivery may take longer during holidays, promotional periods, severe weather, customs delays, or other circumstances outside our control.
