The costume is put on the dog over the fur and secured with adjustable hook-and-loop fasteners at the neck and chest. LEDs are attached to the legs, and the battery compartment is in the spider body. The lights can be turned on and off. Suitable for a costume contest, themed party, photo shoot, and Halloween. On a walk at dusk, the lights can be turned on.

The costume is worn as standalone clothing for a dog. A leash and collar in dark or purple shades will go with it. The main color is black, with accents of red segments on the legs and purple glow from the lights. The set includes a spider costume with built-in LED lighting.
