Expedited shipping is available at checkout for $14.99. Other destinations are charged $39.99 standard shipping at checkout, with no free-shipping threshold. Holidays, promotions, severe weather, customs, carrier issues, and other uncontrollable conditions may cause delays, so these windows are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.

Eligible returns must be requested within 30 days of receipt, and the item must be unworn with its original tags still attached. For a faulty, damaged, or not-as-described item, HOMELEX covers return shipping and you choose a full refund or a free replacement. For a change-of-mind return, the customer pays return shipping and the refund is issued within 5 business days of receipt. October orders must be returned by November 7. Worn or washed items, items without tags, hygiene-sensitive items such as masks and wigs once opened, and final-sale items cannot be returned.
