Frequently asked questions

What pieces come with this kids' pumpkin costume?

The set includes four pieces: a sleeveless orange pumpkin tunic with a black jack-o'-lantern face, an orange pumpkin hat with a black stem and green leaf, a matching jack-o'-lantern treat bag with a top handle, and a pair of orange shoe covers with green leaf trim.

Are the black top and leggings shown in the photos included?

No. The black long-sleeve top, black leggings and shoes shown in the photos are styling pieces and are not included. The set only contains the four pumpkin pieces listed.

What does the orange pumpkin tunic look like?

It is a sleeveless orange tunic with a black jack-o'-lantern face on the front—appliqué eyes, nose and toothy grin—and a plain orange back. A green pointed leaf trim circles the neckline, and an elastic hem gathers the tunic into a full, balloon-shaped pumpkin silhouette.

When does this order ship and how long does delivery take?

Orders generally ship from our US warehouse within 24 hours after confirmation. Standard shipping to the United States is $9.99, with an estimated 5–15 business day delivery window, and it is free on orders of $100 or more after discounts. Other destinations are charged $39.99 standard shipping at checkout, with no free-shipping threshold. Holidays, promotions, severe weather, customs, carrier issues, and other uncontrollable conditions may cause delays, so these windows are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.

What is the return policy for this item?

Eligible returns must be requested within 30 days of receipt, and the item must be unworn with its original tags still attached. For a faulty, damaged, or not-as-described item, HOMELEX covers return shipping and you choose a full refund or a free replacement. For a change-of-mind return, the customer pays return shipping and the refund is issued within 5 business days of receipt. October orders must be returned by November 7. Worn or washed items, items without tags, hygiene-sensitive items such as masks and wigs once opened, and final-sale items cannot be returned.
