The model is designed for adults and teenagers. On the inflatable head there are decorative dark glasses and a wide smile. Decorative black dreadlocks hang at the sides. The top of the costume is made of waterproof polyester fabric. The design uses beige, yellow, green, red, and black colors.

The fan runs on batteries or a power bank. When the power is on, the fabric fills with air and holds its volume.
