Frequently asked questions

How does the Virgin Mary costume fit, and which size should I choose?

Pick by bust measurement and allow some ease for the loose robe. Manufacturer garment bust: S 40.9 in (104 cm), M 44 in (112 cm), L 48 in (122 cm), XL 53 in (135 cm), XXL 59 in (150 cm). Robe length runs from 49.2 in (125 cm) on S to 53.1 in (135 cm) on XL and XXL, so the robe is floor-length on most adults. Full chart is in the Size guide above.

What material is the costume made of, and how should it be cleaned?

It is made of polyester and should be hand washed only.

What is included in the HOMELEX Virgin Mary costume set?

The set includes an ivory-white floor-length robe, a sky-blue cape with gold-tone edging and neckline trim, a white head covering (veil), and a gold-tone belt. Shoes, jewelry, cross necklaces, staffs, the Joseph/Jesus costume, and other props shown in photos are not included.

When does this order ship and how long does delivery take?

Orders generally ship from our US warehouse within 24 hours after confirmation. Standard shipping to the United States is $9.99, with an estimated 5–15 business day delivery window, and it is free on orders of $100 or more after discounts. Other destinations are charged $39.99 standard shipping at checkout, with no free-shipping threshold. Holidays, promotions, severe weather, customs, carrier issues, and other uncontrollable conditions may cause delays, so these windows are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.

What is the return policy for this item?

Eligible returns must be requested within 30 days of receipt, and the item must be unworn with its original tags still attached. For a faulty, damaged, or not-as-described item, HOMELEX covers return shipping and you choose a full refund or a free replacement. For a change-of-mind return, the customer pays return shipping and the refund is issued within 5 business days of receipt. October orders must be returned by November 7. Worn or washed items, items without tags, hygiene-sensitive items such as masks and wigs once opened, and final-sale items cannot be returned.
