Eligible returns must be requested within 30 days of receipt, and the item must be unworn with its original tags still attached. For a faulty, damaged, or not-as-described item, HOMELEX covers return shipping and you choose a full refund or a free replacement. For a change-of-mind return, the customer pays return shipping and the refund is issued within 5 business days of receipt. October orders must be returned by November 7. Worn or washed items, items without tags, hygiene-sensitive items such as masks and wigs once opened, and final-sale items cannot be returned.
