A black waistband encircles the waist and separates the bodice from the skirt. The main fabric is polyester, and the lining is cotton. Sequins on the bodice and sleeves create a shimmering texture. The decoration is in red, white, and black. Red trim runs along the bottom of the skirt, while a red-and-white striped detail decorates the collar and the overlay on the skirt.

Red pom-poms complete the design. The dress is suitable for children's holiday and costume events, New Year's and Christmas school celebrations, stage performances and shows, and themed photo sessions. It can be paired with New Year's or holiday accessories and festive tights. The dress is suitable for girls ages 3 to 8.
