Decorative ruffles are arranged around the neckline and on the front placket. The front features a placket with lacing threaded through metal eyelets. The lacing runs down the center of the blouse front. The sleeves end in elasticized, gathered cuffs with tiered ruffles.

The blouse is shown in white. It can be worn for everyday outfits and used for costume events and themed photo shoots. For historical, pirate, Renaissance, steampunk, or fantasy styling, the blouse can be paired with accessories, a vest or corset top, and pants or a skirt.
