The design covers the face and is worn over the head: the upper part is shaped like a rounded cylinder, from which a long, pointed beak extends downward. Two round transparent window elements are provided in the eye area. A single line of round openings is located in the lower part of the beak. The surface has a fine-grained texture, with no decoration or pattern.

An elastic strap at the back of the head is provided for securing the mask. The mask complements a mysterious medieval bird-beak doctor look or a general mysterious-character look, but does not replace clothing or other costume elements.
