A transparent mesh overlay decorated with silver snowflakes along the sides is placed over the skirt. The top of the dress is covered with silver sequins. There is a blue heart-shaped emblem on the chest, also surrounded by sequins. Silver snowflakes are embroidered throughout the dress fabric, including the skirt and mesh. The sleeve edges and skirt hem are finished with silver trim. The gloves are light blue and long, with a blue pattern on the back of the hand.

The silver-colored crown has Elsa's characteristic shape with pointed teeth. The necklace is a thin chain with a blue heart-shaped pendant, and the earrings complete the look. The magic wand is a thin silver-colored rod with a blue snowflake at the top and a small round element at the end. The wig is made of golden braids styled into two braids like the character's. All the included accessories help create a complete Snow Queen look.
